How the Horse Fuel guarantee works
We asked ourselves whether to write “60 days” here, on the reasoning that most marketplace listings offer at least thirty and no buyer would be worse off. We decided against it for a simple reason: a buyer who reads a number on this page and finds a different one at checkout has been misled by us, and the fact that we guessed generously would be no comfort at all.
So this page has no window length on it. What it has instead is every term we actually hold, a description of what the seal does and does not mean, and a list of what we would need in order to print a window with confidence.
The one action this page is asking you to take
Before you enter a card number, find the return policy on the checkout screen and read it. How many days. Measured from purchase or from delivery. Whether opened bottles qualify. Those three answers exist on the listing, and they are worth ninety seconds.

Note the shape of that table: the mechanics are complete and the entitlement is missing. You could execute a return perfectly and still not know whether you were inside the window when you started it.
What the seal means
A seal is a promise, not a policy
The money-back satisfaction seal on this product's artwork is the seller's own mark. Nobody audits it, nobody certifies it, and it carries no number. It tells you the seller intends to stand behind the product. It does not tell you for how long, from when, or on what conditions.
That is true of every money-back seal on every supplement bottle, not just this one. The distinction matters here because this product's paperwork gives you the return address and the refund timing and then stops short of the window.

Keep the order confirmation email
It carries the order ID, which is the first thing the order desk will ask for and one of the three things a return must include.
Start smaller than you want to
A single bottle limits what an unclear return window can cost you. This is the practical reason behind the pack advice on the pricing page.
Keep the bottle and the packaging
Some return policies require original packaging. Keeping it costs nothing until the day it matters.
Call, do not email, about an order
The order desk, listed in the site footer, is the one that can see orders. The site email cannot, and a return window is not a thing to spend days on.
Post it with tracking
The pack is explicit that the buyer pays return shipping and should use tracking. Tracking is your evidence that it arrived.

What a money-back seal is, and is not
A money-back satisfaction badge appears on this product's artwork. It is worth being precise about what such a badge is, because it is one of the most misread elements on any package.
It is the seller's own mark. No certifying body issues it, no standard governs it, and no terms travel with it. It is a graphic asserting a general posture of willingness, and the actual entitlement lives somewhere else entirely — in this case, in the return policy printed on the marketplace listing where the order is placed.
What it does tell you
That the seller expects to handle returns, and considers that expectation worth advertising. That is not nothing; plenty of marketplace sellers advertise no such thing.
What it does not tell you
How many days you have. Whether the clock starts at purchase or delivery. Whether an opened jar qualifies. Who pays postage. Whether a restocking fee applies. Every one of those is a term, and a badge is not a term.
Why this site points you to the listing for the day count
Because the seller pack sets the window “as printed on the marketplace listing”. Printing “60-day guarantee” because it is the industry norm would be inventing a contractual term on the seller's behalf, and a buyer who relied on it and found it was not there would have been misled by us rather than by anybody else. The day the seller publishes a window, it will appear here with the date it was supplied.
The protection you do have
A missing published window does not leave you without recourse. Four things are available to you regardless, and they are worth knowing before you need them.
- The listing's own terms at the moment you pay. Whatever is on the checkout screen is binding on that order. Screenshot it.
- The marketplace's own buyer protection, if the checkout is run by one. Marketplaces generally have a dispute process that sits above an individual seller's policy.
- Your card issuer's chargeback process, which exists for goods that never arrive or that arrive materially not as described. It is a last resort rather than a first one, and there are time limits.
- Buying the smallest pack. The most reliable protection on this list, because it is the only one entirely under your control before you pay.
The fourth is why the pricing page recommends a single bottle for a first purchase. It is a worse deal per bottle and it caps what an unclear term can cost you at thirty days.
Two questions to ask at the checkout
Because the window length is the one term nobody has published to this desk, the checkout screen is where you find it, and it is worth knowing exactly what to look for before you get there.
First: how many days, and from when? Purchase date and delivery date can be a fortnight apart on a marketplace order, and a thirty-day window measured from purchase is materially shorter than the same window measured from delivery. The listing will normally say; if it does not, the order desk can, and it is a two-minute call before rather than a difficult one after.
Second: do opened bottles qualify? This is the term that matters most on a supplement and the one most often left vague. A policy that only accepts unopened product is not a satisfaction guarantee in any meaningful sense, because satisfaction cannot be assessed without opening it. Screenshot whatever it says, with the date visible.
Neither question is a trap and neither implies anything about this seller. They are the two terms that decide what a wrong purchase costs you, and they are the two that a badge on a jar will never answer.
